• Monitor and optimize database performance using SQL and performance monitoring tools.
• Work with at least one of Neo4j, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift in production environments.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve critical production issues.
• Utilize ticketing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Remedy for incident and change management.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills in a production support environment.
