You will monitor availability, investigate incidents, and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations.

The role involves on-call responsibilities, change management support, and creation of SOPs and knowledge articles to improve operational efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level or higher in engineering or related field.
• Experience in UNIX/Linux environments and SQL-based tooling.
• Familiar with PLM Production Support processes.
