Job summary

Gratitude India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage global university recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers from Bangalore. You will build talent pipelines, coordinate career fairs, and align with stakeholders while ensuring Workday/ATS updates and accurate recruitment reporting.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of recruitment experience, preferably in global or university recruitment, with strong sourcing and stakeholder management.

• Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management and Workday/ATS skills.
• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
