Job summary

Gratitude India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage university hiring programs. You will source, screen and interview candidates, coordinate career fairs, and engage with internal stakeholders to align on requirements.

You will maintain talent pipelines, update Workday/ATS records, track recruitment metrics, and coordinate offers and approvals. A strong background in campus hiring and end-to-end recruitment is essential in this Pune-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field (required).
• 7–10 years in recruitment with campus hiring experience.
• Skilled in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer coordination.
• Proficient with Workday or ATS systems.
