Nexgenhiringexperts is hiring in Visakhapatnam, Mancherial, Guntur, Tirupati, and other locations for a permanent day-shift role. You will recruit and train advisors who work on a commission model and support lead generation, business development, and customer solutions.

The position requires a minimum 1 year in field sales, a graduate degree, and possession of a bike with a license. Immediate joiners are preferred with travel and phone bill allowances provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience in field sales.
• Bike and license mandatory.
• PAN Card, Experience Letter and educational documents required.
• Immediate joiner preferred or max 1 month notice.

Responsabilités

• Identify and recruit the right quality advisors to build a strong base on a commission model.
• Provide training on products, processes, and selling techniques.
• Assist advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
• Ensure advisors provide financial solutions based on need analysis and norms.
• Achieve monthly targets for new business and recruitment.
• Ensure selling through advisors aligns with business quality metrics.
• Act as first contact for customers to authenticate concerns with authorities.
• Resolve customer queries related to banking transactions, debit cards, and credit cards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & recruit the right quality advisors to build a strong advisor base who will work on a commission-based model.
• Provide training on products, business processes, and selling techniques continuously.
• Assist advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
• Ensure advisors provide the right financial solutions to customers based on need analysis and adhere to required business processes and norms.
• Achieve monthly business targets for generating new business and advisor recruitment.
• Ensure selling through the team of advisors aligns with all business quality metrics.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers to authenticate concerns raised and validate with authorities.
• Resolve customer queries related to banking transactions, debit cards, and credit cards.
• English: Manageable
• Local Language: Excellent

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience in any field sales.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply.

Age Criteria:

Up to 31 years
