Job summary

Quadrangle in Pune is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage the Pumps & Valves manufacturing unit. You will oversee day-to-day production, lead and develop production teams, and ensure targets, quality, delivery timelines, and cost goals are achieved.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a background in mechanical or production engineering, 10+ years in manufacturing, and a track record in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Production Engineering background.
• 10+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Pumps & Valves manufacturing unit.
