Job summary

Kirloskar Brothers Limited is seeking a Production Manager in Gujarat to lead production planning and execution. The candidate will coordinate with Central planning, Procurement, QA, HR and other departments to achieve monthly targets and ensure smooth operations.

You will monitor OEE, implement 5S and LEAN practices, drive quality via IMS standards, manage inventory and support budgeting and cost control while focusing on timely order fulfillment and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with IMS quality standards and audits.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Data-driven approach to performance metrics and CPEX.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with central planning, procurement, QA, HR and other departments to meet monthly production targets.
• Prepare the monthly MIS reports.
• Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Ensure 5S, Kaizen and LEAN practices are implemented.
• Oversee TQPM implementation, IMS standards and inventory management.
• Support budgeting, cost control and process improvements.
• Ensure customer focus and on-time order fulfillment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and work with SAP.
