Nandan Petrochem Limited seeks a capable Plant Operations Manager to plan, supervise and coordinate overall operations of the unit, ensuring production and dispatch align with the company’s business plan.

The role involves coordinating with materials for smooth raw material supply, maintaining minimal inventory, establishing production planning norms, and guiding teams to achieve productivity with consistent quality and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate overall operations of the unit to meet qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Ensure production and dispatch activities are carried out as per the company’s business plan.
• Coordinate with materials function for smooth supply of raw materials from approved sources.
• Maintain inventory at minimum level.
• Establish production planning process and norms through industrial engineering study and ensure implementation.
• Oversee support functions to achieve targeted production and productivity with consistent quality.
• Guide functions in review and disposition of non-conforming materials and products beyond repair.
• Liaise with Government Authorities, local administration and other external agencies for statutory compliance.
• Identify training and development needs for subordinates and employees in general.
• Responsible for all aspects of Plant Operations and smooth functioning of all sections.
