Job summary

Bosch Rexroth India seeks a Mechanical Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to drive productivity in hydraulic manufacturing. You will analyze time, cycle times and layouts, implement PFMEA and control plans, and coordinate BPS/RPP projects while ensuring ISO/QHSE compliance.

Responsibilities include optimizing material flow, ensuring first time right execution, and preparing production plans aligned with project timelines. Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making required.

Qualifications

• B.E. Mechanical with 3 - 6 Years of Experience.
• Knowledge of Hydraulic components & their function, Hydraulic Circuit and GA Drawing.
• Experience in Hydraulic Testing and CustomerInspection.
• Proficiency in problem solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, 5S, Kaizen.
• Analytical, data-driven, and decision-making ability.
