Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter in Hyderabad to source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms. You will build and maintain strong pipelines for current and upcoming roles, using Boolean search techniques to identify relevant talent and screen profiles for recruiters and hiring teams.

The role requires fluency in English, excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced recruitment

Qualifications

• 25 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong Boolean search and candidate research skills.
• Fluent English communication – written and verbal.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
