Job summary

Vbeyond Corporation is seeking a UK-based Recruiter to support end-to-end IT hiring. You will work with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements, source candidates, screen, interview scheduling, and maintain candidate pipelines.

This role focuses on building relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive candidate experience across channels such as portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sources. Equal emphasis on quality delivery.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets and maintaining quality service delivery.
• Track recruitment activities and maintain candidate data in recruitment systems.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates during the hiring process.
