Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling traveler inquiries, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable travel packages, and converting leads into bookings.

This role is ideal for candidates who have prior experience in travel sales and enjoy interacting with customers to help them plan memorable trips.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with travelers
• Understand customer requirements including destination, budget, and travel dates
• Recommend suitable travel packages and itineraries
• Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing and availability
• Maintain customer records and booking details
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the booking journey
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in travel sales

Requirements
