Job summary

Travalong is a boutique luxury hospitality house seeking a Travel Operations Executive in Nashik to ensure every journey is delivered without fault. You will coordinate reservations, visas, vouchers, and daily programmes with our luxury partners worldwide.

You will be the point of contact during travel, track payments, manage partner records, and keep booking systems up to date, working closely with the founder to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in travel operations or reservations with a DMC or luxury operator.
• Experience with international bookings and visas is preferred.
• Meticulous with names, dates and documents; able to handle pressure calmly.

Responsibilities

• Reservations: secure and confirm hotels, transfers, experiences and tickets with partners; document confirmations.
• Pre departure: prepare vouchers, travel documents and detailed daily programmes.
• Visas and documentation: manage visa applications for Indian passport holders.
• Financial control: track guest payments and partner settlements for each booking.
• On journey care: serve as the guest's point of contact during travel, handling changes quickly.
• Partner management: maintain partner records and keep booking systems up to date.

The Role

We are seeking a Travel Operations Executive to ensure that every journey we design is delivered without fault. Our clients expect precision, and this role is where that precision lives.

What You Will Lead

• Reservations: secure and confirm hotels, transfers, experiences and tickets with our global partners, with every confirmation documented


• Pre departure: prepare vouchers, travel documents and detailed daily programmes for each guest


• Visas and documentation: manage visa applications and paperwork for Indian passport holders


• Financial control: track guest payments and partner settlements against every booking


• On journey care: remain the guest's point of contact while they travel, resolving changes quickly and discreetly


• Partner management: maintain accurate partner records and keep our booking systems current

Who You Are

• 1 to 3 years in travel operations or reservations with a DMC, an outbound travel company or a luxury tour operator


• Experienced with international bookings and visas, including Schengen, UK, Southeast Asia and the UAE


• A travel enthusiast with a working knowledge of the world's leading hotels and destinations


• Calm and composed under pressure, including outside office hours when a journey requires it


• Meticulous with detail: names, dates and documents are always correct


• Proficient in Google Sheets and quick to adopt new systems
