Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Travel Operations Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end travel operations for domestic and international tour packages. The candidate will be responsible for handling operational planning, vendor coordination, team management, customer satisfaction, and the smooth execution of travel services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily travel operations and ensure smooth tour execution.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, guides, and vendors.
- Supervise booking confirmations, itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents.
- Handle group tours, FIT bookings, corporate travel, and customised packages.
- Monitor operational quality and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve travel-related issues and emergencies efficiently.
- Manage operational budgets and vendor negotiations.
- Train and supervise operations team members.
- Ensure timely payments, documentation, and service delivery.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for package planning and execution.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations management.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel partners and suppliers.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in handling team operations preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Experience in pilgrimage tours, international holidays, corporate travel, or luxury travel operations will be preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak travel seasons.
- Strong attention to detail and operational planning skills.
- Knowledge of hotel contracting, transport handling, and tour costing will be an added advantage.
