Job summary

ASSPL Uttar Pradesh is seeking an L2 Associate who serves as the primary interface between Amazon and our delivery partners. You will identify delivery partner concerns, troubleshoot issues, and propose process improvements to improve delivery performance.

You will communicate clearly, support customers and partners, and maintain or exceed performance metrics. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and Excel experience are preferred; knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel.
• Experience with SQL is preferred.

Overview

The L2 associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our delivery partners, so to our delivery partners- you ARE Amazon. L2 Associates are expected to identify DP concerns and work on troubleshooting delivery partner issues and provide process improvement suggestions.

Key job responsibilities

A Transportation Representative provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching and querying internal tools and by taking real-time decisions. An ideal candidate should be able to understand the requirements/be able to analyze data and notice trends and be able to drive Customer Experience without compromising on time. The candidate should have the basic understanding of Logistics and should be able to communicate clearly in the written and verbal form.
