Job summary

Amazon Dev Center India in Hyderabad seeks an L2 Associate to act as the primary interface between Amazon and vendor/seller points of contact. You will address inbound inventory requests, shipment concerns, and appointment queries while suggesting cost-saving process improvements.

You will maintain professional communication, handle sensitive cases, and strive to meet performance targets. A graduation in any field and strong English communication are essential.

L2 Associates are expected to honor the requests from vendors to inbound the inventory, shipment concerns, work on saving freight and address appointment related queries and provide process improvement suggestions.

• Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times
• Provides/ expedites prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers/ delivery partners
• Effectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix
• Demonstrate excellent time-management skills
• Maintains or exceeds targeted performance metrics
• Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements
