Job summary

ASSPL in Tamil Nadu seeks an L2 Associate who serves as the primary interface between Amazon and our delivery partners. You will identify delivery partner concerns and troubleshoot issues while driving service improvements and faster resolution.

You will communicate clearly, manage time effectively, and report escalations when needed. The role emphasizes maintaining strong performance metrics and collaborating with teammates to resolve customer and partner inquiries.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
• Strong comprehension and the ability to state issues clearly.
• Ability to concentrate and follow issues through to resolution.
• Work well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites.
• Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications.

L2 Associates are expected to identify DP concerns and work on troubleshooting delivery partner issues and provide process improvement suggestions. Summary of Responsibilities
