ASSPL - Telangana is seeking an L2 Associate to act as the primary interface between Amazon and our delivery partners. You will identify concerns, troubleshoot issues, and propose process improvements to enhance delivery partner and customer experiences.

The role emphasizes clear communication, data analysis, timely decision-making, and adherence to performance metrics in a fast-paced logistics environment in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel.
• Experience with SQL.

Key job responsibilities

A Transportation Representative provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching and querying internal tools and by taking real-time decisions. An ideal candidate should be able to understand the requirements/be able to analyze data and notice trends and be able to drive Customer Experience without compromising on time. The candidate should have the basic understanding of Logistics and should be able to communicate clearly in the written and verbal form.
