• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize daily employee transport routes.
• Manage rosters, pickups, drops and trip scheduling.
• Monitor live operations, delays and route deviations.
• Coordinate with vendors, drivers, employees and internal teams.
• Handle transport escalations and employee queries.
• Monitor fleet utilization and service-level metrics.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Support 24/7 rotational shift operations and handovers.
