SuperSeva is seeking a Transport Router to manage and optimize employee transportation for an IBM client in Bengaluru. You will plan routes, schedule trips, manage rosters, and ensure cost-efficient transport operations with 24/7 coverage.

Candidate should have 4+ years in employee transportation and hands-on MoveInSync experience, along with strong Excel skills and stakeholder management. This full-time role requires rotating shifts and adherence to safety and SOPs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily transport routes based on employee rosters.
• Perform route optimization to improve vehicle utilization and cost control.
• Manage employee transportation schedules, pickups and drop-offs.
• Monitor transport operations and address route deviations or delays.
• Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle transport-related escalations and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor OTA and service-level metrics.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Support shift planning and coverage for 24/7 operations.
• Manage transport-related tickets, emails, and employee queries.
• Ensure proper route handovers and continuity across shifts.
