Job summary

3SC in India is seeking a logistics/operations coordinator to handle TMS transactions, vehicle call-offs, and coordination with transporters and plant teams. You will prepare daily MIS reports and monitor pending transactions to ensure timely closure, while maintaining seamless collaboration across dispatch, loading, security, and weighbridge teams.

The role requires a graduate with strong MS Excel skills and experience with TMS; training will be provided for MIS and related processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or graduate degree in any discipline.
• Proficient in MS Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Prior TMS and vehicle call-off experience preferred.
• MIS skills and willingness to learn TMS training provided.
