Job summary

3SC in Visakhapatnam is seeking a logistics coordinator to handle day-to-day TMS transactions and ensure timely system updates. You will manage vehicle call-offs per dispatch plans, coordinate with transporters and plant teams for timely placement, and maintain daily MIS reports using MS Excel.

The role requires graduate education, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots), and excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Prior TMS and vehicle call-off experience preferred; training will be provided if none.
• MIS skills are a plus; training will be provided if not present.
