Job summary

Kandhari Beverages is seeking a Transport Billing Coordinator in Chandigarh to coordinate with depots and transport managers for timely submission and follow-up of freight bills. You will verify invoices as per approved freight rates and conduct ERP-based audit checks on quality and rates.

The role includes checking invoice correctness against fixed contractual bills, handling transport audits, maintaining proper bills, auditing diesel bills, tracking depot expenses, and maintaining summary

• Co ordinating with depot and transport managers for timely submission and follow up of bills ( Frieght)
• Verifying Transport Invoices as per approved nnual frieght rates
• Conducting audit checks in ERP Based On quality and rates
• Checking correctness of invoices by comparing them withfixed contractual bills
• handling transport audit/ Maintaining Proper bills
