Job summary

IP Integrated Services Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking a data-focused professional to support the supply chain by collecting and managing daily transport, warehouse, and inventory data from ERP systems and partners.

You will build regular and custom KPI reports, handle billing logs with finance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure shipping records and regulatory documents are accurately maintained to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and management of daily transport, warehouse, and inventory data from ERP systems and partners.
• Performance reporting on KPIs such as delivery timelines, vehicle utilization, route efficiency, and freight costs.
• Billing and reconciliation: maintain billing logs, generate invoices, and resolve discrepancies with finance.
• Process optimization: analyze bottlenecks, track delays, and present data-backed trends to improve supply chain workflows.
• Documentation and compliance: maintain shipping records, POD files, and regulatory documents.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management: Gather daily transport, warehouse, and inventory data from various software, ERP systems, and delivery partners. Clean and verify information to keep databases accurate.

• Performance Reporting: Build regular and custom reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like delivery timelines, vehicle utilization, route efficiency, and freight costs.

• Billing & Reconciliation: Maintain customer and vendor billing logs, generate invoices, and resolve financial discrepancies with the finance team.

• Process Optimization: Analyze bottlenecks, track transit delays, and present data-backed trends to management to improve supply chain workflows.

• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all shipping records, proof-of-delivery (POD) files, and regulatory documents are up to date and secure.
