Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking an accounting and logistics support professional to handle sales and dispatch processes, invoicing, and related challans. The role includes e-invoicing, away bill LR/COA, and coordination with production, sales, and transport teams.

You will manage freight bills, vendor reconciliations, and SAP HANA billing, while ensuring GST/TDS compliance and accurate bill records at site.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS.
• Experience in SAP-based billing and invoice processing.
• Vendor reconciliation and payment coordination.
• Coordination with production, sales, and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Sales and dispatch of material and internal material shifting.
• Prepare sales invoices and internal transfer challans; include e-invoice and away bill LR/COA.
• Coordinate with transporter to arrange vehicles per production and sales planning.
• Prepare scrap invoices and related tax documentation (TCS GST).
• Freight charges tracking and linkage with PO and sales PO reconciliation.
