Qualifications

• Experience in sales and dispatch billing processes.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS compliance.
• Ability to reconcile vendor statements and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Sales Invoice and Internal Transfer Material Challan with E-Invoice.
• Coordinate with Transporter and production/sales teams for logistics.
• Generate Scrap Invoice including related tax treatment.
• Track Freight Bills and reconcile with PO data.
• Book bills for Capital Goods, RM services, rent, and labour.
• Maintain site bill records and SAP-based postings.
