Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Vapi, Gujarat seeks a Billing and Accounts executive to handle sales invoicing, E-Invoice, and transfer material challans. The role requires coordinating with production and sales teams, arranging transport, and handling scrap invoices with TCS/ GST compliance.

The candidate will also manage freight bill tracking, PO reconciliation, and vendor payments, while maintaining site bill records and posting in SAP HANA.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales invoicing and internal material transfers.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and TCS regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP or SAP HANA for billing and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Sales Invoice and E-Invoice with away bill LR and COA.
• Coordinate with Transporter to arrange vehicle as per planning by Production & Sales.
• Make Scrap Invoice including TCS, GST/TDS details.
• Bill booking and tracking of Freight charges and related PO.
• Vendor reconciliation and coordination with HO for payments and postings.
• Maintain bill records at site (scanning and archiving).
