We are looking for Transition Manager who willbe responsible for program management and execution. Will lead definition of the collaboration model with assigned service line teams todefine overall frameworks and engagement models while developing deal specific solutions.

The strongest candidates will have hardcore transition management experience involving large outsourcing or managed services engagements.

If a candidate does not possess significant transition experience, they must have:

• Strong program management experience
• Large-scale delivery leadership
• Complex multi-workstream execution
• Client-facing stakeholder management
• Exposure to service takeovers, transformations, or operating model transitions

Scale of Experience Required

• Experience handling large and complex engagements
• Target deal size: ~USD 50 Million and above
• Exposure to global clients and multi-functional transitions preferred
