Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking a Senior Transition Manager with 5+ years of end-to-end BPO transition experience to drive complex, multi‑transitions across domains.

You will oversee due diligence, solutioning, process mapping, knowledge transfer, ramp-up and capacity planning, ensuring strict governance and robust SLA setups while coordinating with diverse stakeholders to deliver on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress, risks, and issue resolution during transitions
• Provide regular status reporting and metrics to leadership

Job description

Minimum 5+ years of end-to-end BPO transition management experience.

Must have experience in handling due diligence, solutioning, process mapping, knowledge transfer, ramp‑up, capacity planning, SLA setup, and governance.

Internal and external strong stakeholder engagement along with ability to manage multiple transitions in parallel.

Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting is essential.
