Job summary

Kryfs Power Components in India is seeking a Production Supervisor for power distribution transformers. The role focuses on planning and supervising transformer manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has experience in oil-filled distribution transformers, reads engineering drawings and BOMs, and demonstrates strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil-filled distribution transformer manufacturing.
• Knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes and routine testing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/SAP knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily production activities to meet production targets.
• Supervise transformer manufacturing processes including core assembly, coil winding, tank fabrication, active part assembly, vacuum drying, oil filling, final assembly, and routine testing.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, engineering drawings, and production procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Stores for smooth production operations.
• Monitor productivity, reduce rework and material wastage, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure workplace safety, timely production reporting.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, engineering drawings, and production procedures.


• Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Stores for smooth production operations.


• Monitor productivity, reduce rework and material wastage, and implement process improvements.


• Ensure workplace safety, timely production reporting.
