Job summary

MSC Transformers Pvt Ltd in Pune district is seeking an experienced production leader to plan, manage, and monitor transformer manufacturing activities across Core & Coil, Tanking, Assembly, Testing, and Dispatch. You will drive adherence to schedules, optimize resources, and oversee safety and quality standards while coordinating with Design, Purchase, Quality, and Stores teams.

The role requires 8–15 years in transformer manufacturing with at least 3 years in a leadership position, plus strong

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–15 years of experience in transformer manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Distribution and Power Transformer manufacturing processes.
• Experience in production planning, manpower management, and process optimization.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor transformer production activities to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Lead manufacturing teams across Core & Coil, Tanking, Assembly, Testing, and Dispatch.

• Implement process improvements, SOPs, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
