Your Responsibilities

• Follow standard manufacturing processes to ensure accuracy and optimization.
• Follow standard processes, control and monitor it towards usage of all critical tools in production.
• Manage, control and allocate the operators to meet production targets.
• Work closely with production, planning, purchasing, maintenance & quality departments for smooth execution.
• Innovate, suggest and implement all engineering changes in each transformer.
• Ensure horizontal development and lean manufacturing practices are implemented across product lines.
• Collaborate within the team to ensure timely execution as per the manufacturing plan.
• Ensure micro-level planning of each workstation for better execution of the manufacturing plan.
• Ability to influence without authority across departments and management levels.
• Measurement of all critical equipment OEE & ensure that it is greater than 90%.

Your Background

• B.Tech / BE or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering
• 5 to 12 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Expert knowledge of Power Transformer manufacturing techniques and related technology.
• Strong background in manufacturing processes.
• Strong planning and execution skills.
• People management and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases. Candidate with knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Great attention to detail and results-driven approach.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
