Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company is seeking a training professional to design and deliver comprehensive programs for sales staff across skill levels, from foundational to advanced techniques. The role emphasizes consultative selling, field-based training readiness, and proactive performance feedback to elevate overall sales results.

The incumbent will create centralized training plans, track progress with dashboards, and ensure grooming and presentation standards while supporting teams on

• Identifies training needs and implements centralized/regional training programs and R&R initiatives for the sales staff.
• Ready for field-based Sales Training.
• Owns and drives a culture of performance with regular feedback and red flags for underperformers.
• Available as a resource for various sales team members needing additional training for projects.
• Adheres to a planned training calendar and maintains monthly dashboards & daily reports.
• Oversees grooming and presentation of sales personnel and takes ownership of early-stage executives’ knowledge.

• Conducts training programs for all skill levels, including basic sales skills, as well as advanced
• Sales techniques, Point of Sales & Captive call-center environment.
• Provides on the job hand holding to help the sales executives overcome objections, and teach
• Consultative selling techniques.
• Should identify training needs and implement centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training program and R&R initiatives for the sales staff.
• Must be Ready for field-based Sales Training
• Must own and drive performance culture, also, provide regular performance feedback and red flag the low performers.
• Must be available as a resource for various sales team members, who may need help for additional training for some various projects.
• Should adhere to planned training calendar and maintain monthly dashboards & daily reports
• Oversee and improves on overall grooming and presentation of the sales personals.
• Must take ownership of (0-6) months executives in terms of Product, Policy & Process Knowledge
