You will lead induction, product and process training, collaborate with bank partners, and use role plays and digital tools to deliver engaging content and measure training impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales training strategies aligned with business goals and channel requirements.
• Conduct induction, product, and process training for new hires and refresher programs for existing staff.
• Drive sales skill development (prospecting, need-based selling, cross-selling, objection handling, closing techniques).
• Collaborate with bank partners and internal stakeholders to assess training needs.
• Design and deliver engaging training content using role plays, simulations, and digital tools.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and branch-level support to improve productivity.
• Keep the team updated on IRDAI guidelines, compliance norms, and industry trends.
