Job summary

PeopleStrong in India seeks a Regional HR Training Specialist to develop and execute bancassurance training calendars, conduct inductions, product, sales-process, soft-skills, and compliance training across branches.

You will train branch staff, Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, and insurance teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales skills, objection handling, cross-selling, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional training calendar for bancassurance teams.
• Conduct induction, product, sales-process, soft-skills, and regulatory/compliance training.
• Train bank branch staff, Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, and insurance sales teams.
• Improve product knowledge, sales skills, objection handling, cross-selling, and customer engagement.
• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) based on business and performance gaps.
• Partner with Regional/Zonal Business Heads and bank stakeholders to identify capability gaps.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, field observations, and business KPIs.
• Conduct refresher and remedial training for underperforming branches/teams.
• Develop training content, presentations, role plays, case studies, quizzes, and digital learning modules.
• Support new product launches and changes in processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coach sales managers and branch teams on field execution and sales conversion.
• Maintain training MIS and provide periodic reports on coverage, effectiveness, and outcomes.
• Ensure training programs are aligned with the organization's compliance and customer-centricity standards.
• Travel extensively across the assigned region to conduct branch/cluster-level training.
