Job summary

Kissht, Mumbai, invites an experienced Training Specialist to design and deliver mutual funds training programs for MFDs, IFAs, and internal teams. You will create content, run webinars, and assess training impact to improve partner performance.

With 2–3 years in mutual funds or wealth management, you will collaborate with Product, Sales, and AMC teams to keep content current and relevant, while maintaining training calendars and reports.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Mutual Funds / Mutual Fund Distribution / Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs on Mutual Funds, SIPs, asset allocation, risk profiling, and investment products.
• Conduct training sessions for MFDs, IFAs, financial advisors, and internal sales teams.
• Develop training content, presentations, videos, guides, and quizzes.
• Create onboarding and refresher training programs for new and existing partners.
• Train partners on platform features, processes, products, and customer conversations.
• Conduct regular product and market update sessions.
• Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and partner performance.
• Work closely with Product, Research, Sales, Operations, and AMC teams to ensure accurate training content.
• Organize webinars, workshops, partner meets, and certification programs.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance, feedback, and performance reports.
