Job summary

Kissht is seeking a training professional to design and deliver comprehensive programs on Mutual Funds, SIPs, asset allocation, and related investment products. You will train MFDs, IFAs, and internal sales teams, develop rich content, and run onboarding for partners.

You will create engaging materials, track training impact, and coordinate with Product, Research, Sales, Operations, and AMC teams to ensure accurate content.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Mutual Funds / Mutual Fund Distribution / Wealth Management.
• Proven ability to present concepts clearly and train diverse audiences.
• Experience in creating training content and materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs on Mutual Funds, SIPs, asset allocation, risk profiling, and investment products.
• Conduct training sessions for MFDs, IFAs, financial advisors, and internal sales teams.
• Develop training content, presentations, videos, guides, and quizzes.
• Create onboarding and refresher training for new and existing partners.
• Train partners on platform features, processes, products, and customer conversations.
• Conduct regular product and market update sessions.
• Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and partner performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, Sales, Operations, and AMC teams to ensure accurate content.
• Organize webinars, workshops, partner meets, and certification programs.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance, feedback, and performance reports.

• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and explain them effectively.
• Experience creating training content and learning material.
• NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
