Crew Kraftorz LLP is seeking a highly motivated Chief Trainer & Knowledge Partner – Mutual Funds to lead learning initiatives for Mutual Fund Distributors. You will design, deliver, and manage training programs, act as the face of our LMS, and contribute to thought leadership through webinars, podcasts, and workshops.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong presentation skills, and a passion for empowering financial professionals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and manage LMS content for MFDs, keeping courses up-to-date.
• Develop and deliver courses on NISM V-A, sales techniques, client management, and more.
• Conduct webinars, masterclasses and online workshops for distributors.
• Mentor learners and guide them throughout their professional journey.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to build industry-relevant modules.
• Represent the platform through podcasts and video content.
• Share insights on industry trends and regulatory updates for MFDs.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Trainer & Knowledge Partner – Mutual Funds to lead our learning initiatives for Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs). In this role, you\'ll design, deliver, and manage impactful training programs, act as the face of our LMS (Learning Management System), and contribute to establishing a thought leadership presence across webinars, podcasts, and workshops. This position combines deep industry knowledge, engaging delivery, and a passion for empowering financial professionals.

Requirements

Location: Chennai
Experience: 6 - 8 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Department: Learning & Development – Financial Services

Qualification: NISM V-A Certification preferred; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, financial advisory practices, and NISM certifications
• Experience in training, course development, or distribution/advisory roles
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Comfortable conducting webinars, workshops, and live/recorded training sessions
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in both Hindi and English
• Exposure to online learning tools or LMS platforms

Key Responsibilities:
