Job summary

Safe Tronics Automation in Boisar, Maharashtra, invites applications for a Training Coordinator role. The job covers calendar planning, training delivery for service engineers and technicians, and managing OEM-certified content and training records.

You will coordinate with senior project staff, arrange venues and equipment, and ensure documentation accuracy. Workdays are Monday to Friday at the Boisar centre with 9:00 am–6:00 pm timings.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the annual technical training calendar in coordination with Technical Director and department heads
• Schedule, publish and track training sessions and resolve clashes with projects
• Coordinate with HR on induction, attendance records and training-linked appraisals
• Arrange training venue, equipment and training materials at Boisar centre
• Deliver classroom and hands-on training on fire & gas detection systems and related tech
• Maintain documentation: certifications, attendance, scores and trainer records
• Coordinate with OEM partners for certified product trainings and train-the-trainer programs
• Build and maintain a library of manuals, bulletins and SOPs
• Assess trainee performance and report competency gaps for continuous improvement

Job description

Training calendar and coordination

• Prepare the annual technical training calendar in consultation with the Technical Director, Operations Manager, Portfolio Managers, senior project engineers and other functional heads
• Schedule, publish and track all training sessions; confirm trainer and trainee availability and resolve clashes with project and service commitments
• Coordinate with HR on new-joiner induction, training attendance records and training-linked appraisals
• Arrange training venue, demo panels, detectors, test equipment, consumables and training material at the Boisar centre

Training delivery

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training for service engineers, project engineers and field technicians on Det-Tronics, Autronica, Marioff and Eaton fire & gas detection systems installation, configuration, calibration, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Deliver refresher and advanced sessions on loop checking, panel programming, detector alignment and calibration, FAT procedures and site safety practices (permit-to-work, LOTO)
• Support client operator and maintenance training at project handover, on request from Projects or Services

OEM and certification

• Coordinate with OEM partners (Det-Tronics, Autronica, Marioff, Eaton) for certified product training, train-the-trainer programmes and access to OEM training content
• Maintain a register of product certifications held by each engineer and technician, and flag renewals

Content and records

• Develop training modules, presentations, hands-on exercises, checklists and reference guides for each system and task
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessment scores and certificates for all technical staff
• Build a library of product manuals, datasheets, technical bulletins and SOPs for trainee use

Competency and improvement

• Assess trainees through written tests and practical evaluations; report results and competency gaps to the Technical Director
• Identify skill gaps across teams from project feedback, service reports and repeat-failure data, and propose targeted training
• Collect feedback after each session and continuously improve content and deliver
