Schneider Electric is seeking a Deputy Manager - Technical Trainer (STC) to lead technical training programs in Delhi. You will deliver executive-level technical sessions for customers and internal teams, showcase product USPs, and align training content with evolving technology trends.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in switchgear and a BE in Electrical/EEE, with strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities to expand customer engagement and support SAP-related processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in the switchgear industry.
• Experience delivering technical training to customers and internal staff.

Job Summary

Deputy Manager - Technical Trainer (STC). Location: Delhi.

Responsibilities

• Conducting various technical programs as faculty for customers and internal employees.
• Expanding customer base, maintaining relationships with existing customers, understanding training requirements from customers and offering training solutions accordingly.
• Explaining product USPs, demonstrating various solutions to visiting customers, and offering technical support to the customer-facing team.
• Understanding customer requirements; offering technical guidance to customers and helping the organization in creating/enhancing the technical image of the brand.
• Design and development of new training modules as per customer needs, product management teams' needs, and current technology trends in the industry.
• Improvising existing training programs to align with new products and technology upgrades.
• Design and development of innovative test setups, demonstration setups to demonstrate product USPs; hands-on training sessions.
• Increase brand reach and maintain/improve relationships with existing customers through training events.
• To carry out necessary administration work, vendor coordination, and SAP-related activities (PR, PO, SE, GRN, vendor payments) for maintaining complete training centre infrastructure.
