Job summary

Health Prime Services is seeking a Training Manager to lead the design, delivery, and governance of learning programs for RCM operations. You will develop New Hire Training and ongoing learning, while managing LMS deployment and reporting.

You will deliver instructor-led sessions, ensure HIPAA/CMSCompliance, and drive end-to-end NHT milestones. The role requires 2+ years in RCM management, strong communication, and people leadership in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 2 years should have worked as Manager in RCM set up.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enhance New Hire Training (NHT) and ongoing learning programs.
• Design training schedules, content, job aids, and e-learning modules.
• Manage LMS-based training deployment, tracking, and reporting.
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions (virtual and classroom).
• Ensure training compliance with HIPAA, CMS, client, and organizational standards.
• Manage end-to-end NHT batches and ensure adherence to training milestones.
• Define assessment frameworks and evaluate training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Analyze trainee and operational performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and implement targeted learning interventions.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and ER teams to address process gaps through training.
• Incorporate operational feedback, quality insights, and best practices into learning programs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 68 Process Trainers.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Design and facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to strengthen trainer capability.
