Job summary

Health Prime Services is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to drive onboarding and ongoing capability building for revenue cycle management staff. You will design and deliver onboarding for new hires, lead group and individual sessions, and publish progress updates.

You will assess trainee performance, coordinate with L1 managers, track attendance, and keep training modules current. Willingness to travel and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• End-to-end RCM knowledge.
• 4–6 years of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience training new hire batches.
• Good English communication (reading, writing).
• Comfortable with virtual training.
• Understanding of US healthcare, HIPAA.
• Capable of executing tasks based on work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Attend Quality Meetings as required.
• Coordinate with operation leads/L1 Managers to deploy trainees on the floor.
