PrimEra Medical Technologies in Hyderabad, India seeks a seasoned Process Trainer specialized in RCM to train new hires and existing staff on process specifics and reimbursement methods.

The role requires 5+ years in RCM, hands-on coaching during on-the-job training, content development, and the ability to foster team motivation across shifts.

You will design and administer training programs, monitor progress, give feedback, and ensure trainees meet performance goals through structured learning.
