Job summary

Destinationhr is seeking a Training Manager/Senior Training Manager in Mumbai to lead pharma training initiatives. The role involves designing and delivering Classroom Training (CRT), Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT), and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for medical representatives and area managers, while leveraging LMS to drive adoption and measure impact.

The candidate will also develop content, manage stakeholder relationships, and report on KRAs/KPIs to the L&OD leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires B Pharma/B Sc and/or MBA.
• Experience in training delivery for pharma sales teams.
• Familiarity with CRT, VILT, LMS, OJT methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with training leads to design and conduct customized training initiatives for divisions.
• Deliver 12–15 days of Classroom Training (CRT).
• Deliver 3–5 days of Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT).
• Deliver 3–5 days of On‑the‑Job Training (OJT).
• Perform 5–7 days of office work focusing on LMS and admin tasks.
• Oversee learning activities for multiple divisions across countries.
• Send timely KRAs and KPIs reports and updates.
• Create and maintain content and user data in LMS; drive adoption.
• Prepare learning assets ahead of each batch and ensure availability.

Job Overview:

• CRT (Classroom Training): Candidate should be able to conduct classroom sessions for medical representatives & area managers on various therapy areas & selling skill
• VILT (Virtual Instructor Led Training): Candidate should be able to conduct virtual sessions on zoom & MS team
• Digital Competency: Candidate should be able to use various digital engagement tools to improve effectiveness & engagement during CRT and VILT
• LMS experience: Candidate should have exposure of LMS and driving adoption in his area of influence
• Content Creation: Candidate should be able to create content on products & selling skills on PPT, Word etc.
• OJT: Candidate should be able to work on the job with medical representatives & area managers to identify training needs & coach them on the job to influence behavioral changes
• ROI: Candidate should understand ROI of training interventions
• Stakeholder Management: Candidate should be able to collaborate with stakeholders like sales leaders, PMT, line managers and other internal stakeholders
• Administrative role: Candidate should be able to prepare & present data to various internal & external stakeholders appropriately

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborating with training leads to design, planning & conducting customized training initiatives for respective divisions-
• 12-15 days of CRT
• 3-5 days of VILT
• 3-5 days of OJT
• 5-7 days of work at the office on LMS and various administrative areas
• Responsible for all learning activities for a couple of divisions across countries
• Sending reports & updates on time assigned as KRAs & KPIs
• Managing (Creating & updating) content & users in LMS, driving adoption
• To update & arrange required learning assets before the batch
• To follow & inculcate a sense of discipline & code of conduct as per need of organization
