Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Trainer or Training Manager in a BPO or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Proficient in using training software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Facilitate Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions to empower internal trainers.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with business objectives and employee development plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Prepare and manage training budgets, ensuring cost-effective training solutions.
