Job summary

Global Services in Maharashtra is seeking a skilled Process Trainer to design and deliver training programs that boost employee skills and knowledge. You will conduct TNA and TNI to assess training needs and ensure content remains relevant and effective.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the BPO sector preferred.
