Job summary

Global Services in Maharashtra is seeking a skilled Process Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, especially within the BPO sector, and will design and deliver training programs that boost employee skills and knowledge.

You will conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI), track progress, maintain records, and collaborate with team leaders to close training gaps and drive better performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop effective solutions.
• Experience in the BPO industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in conducting TNA and TNI.
