Job summary

Iskcon Banglore is seeking an experienced Hospitality Trainer to uplift front desk operations and guest handling. You will mentor staff, set service standards, and develop practical training sessions and SOPs to ensure consistent excellence.

The role requires at least five years in hospitality, fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi, and strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You will monitor quality, identify gaps, and coach teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, particularly front desk operations.
• Proven expertise in training, coaching, and mentoring hospitality staff.
• Hotel Management qualification preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify service gaps and improve team performance through effective training.
