Qualifications

• Masters degree in HR or related field.
• 20 years of experience in Learning & Development / Capability Building.
• Strong expertise in Leadership Development and Capability Frameworks.
• Experience in Learning Analytics and LMS / Digital Learning Transformation.
• Excellent business acumen with proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence CXOs and senior business leaders and drive learning linked to business outcomes.
