Job summary

Airtel in Gurugram (India) seeks a Learning & Capability specialist to lead leadership development initiatives, design and deploy large-scale programs, and act as an in-house SME to partner with HRBP teams. You will drive TNA-based learning expansion and align with industry practices.

You will collaborate with vendors, apply design thinking and scale digital and in-person learning across the organisation to boost capabilities and impact.

Responsibilities

1. Design, deployment and end to end execution of leadership capability building interventions
2. In-house SME and consultant to partner with HRBP teams and constantly share leading practices from industry on learning design, academies, vendors and partners
3. Design and roll out large scale online and in-person training programs

Increase learning coverage and learning hours across the org by undertaking TNA and following through with relevant next steps as per the TNA
